   I am a cost accountant working in India for 6 years.
I wish to work in cananda.What are the prospects and procedure
to take up a job.

   Accreditation as a CMA, CGA or CA will help your chances. There is no formal process to find a job here. It is up to you to make the efforts to put your resume out there. Unless you are in the process of getting your Landed Immigrant Status, there will be little interest. The outcome is in your hands.

Accounting positions are out there but you need to be aggressive in your search. See some of my preceding postings for advice on the search for Finance related positions.
