I want to apologize to all those who have been waiting for my replies. This has been an exceptionally busy time for me and my team. One thing that you need to observe is that when I have a hard time responding it means that I am busy hiring which means ...THIS IS THE TIME TO BE LOOKING FOR WORK! I will try to get back to a consistent schedule answering every Saturday. I thank you all for your questions.
