Hi Sunil,

It is always difficult for me to gage someones chances for employment without seeing the full picture of their experience. From what you have told me, it seems that you have an interesting background that could potentially be of some interest to some employers in this country. You probably would have good chances in either Ontario or Calgary since they both have robust economies at this time and have been experiencing a brain drain to the U.S, so there is a need for resources definately.

I can't give you a time frame for how long it takes to get a job. It all depends on if you choose to do it completely on your own or get represetation. The people at CanadaVisa.com could give you more information on this. Employers usually tend to favour those who already are in the process of getting their working papers (Visa).

The experience is probably more interesting if you take the Project Manager route but the money probably will be better in a Consulting company.

Thanks for you question

Harry
