"Seeking for a job as a " System Administrator ""
Dear hary!

I am 30 yrs Asian guy searching for a job in Computer field in CANADA. I am a post Graduate Diploma holder in Computer Hardware Maintenance having more than 6 years of experience in Computer field. Presently I have been working as a System Administrator in a big company in NEPAL. My main responsibilities are maintenance of computers and its accessories, Customer system support, Computer Networking in Windows NT , NovelNetware Platform. I have a sound experience of Webpage desiging as well as graphics design. Recently I am learning and practicing LINUX , JAVA Programming ,CGI, ASP, HTML and sofoth.

help me out to find a job in above mentioned post in CANADA.

Pramod,

I need to tell you that I don't findjobs for people. I try to direct them to where they can get help, or at least let them know if there is a demand for what their skill set is. In your case, it appears to me that you are going in the right direction. Someone that has the combination of NT and Novell (preferably version 4.11 and up) has a lot of potential. Furthermore, Linux is beginning to gain in popularity.

In this field you will have to be a star communicator. You need to assure yourself that you communicate very well in the english language. As I have told others in this forum, the most efficient way for you to get access to the positions available in Canada is through the job boards (Monster.ca, CanadianCareers.com, Jobboom.com, etc)... persistence and perserverance are the most important things. It is quite probable that you will get rejections but it all depends on how well you prepare and present yourself.
