I have more than 6 years experience in data bases, programming in Clipper, C, C++, Pascal, Fortran, (also Visual Basic, Delphi, Java)
I also have an experience in Office products, Animation programs, Archiving programs, Graphic programs, internet, PC networks, PC, workstations, multimedia, hardware, telecommunications, Ethernet, accounting, business accounting software applications, Developing and distribution of software, marketing etc..
Operating systems: DOS, UNIX, Windows NT, 95,98,2000, familiar with Linux,
Data bases: dBase, Oracle, Access

It appears that you have a broad background in I.T. The focus for an employer will be to look at what you have the most experience in. We don't see much Clipper here these days, and those that do program in Clipper no longer want to. What you have that is attractive to an employer is the C and C++...also the Oracle Database. The problem is that you have listed many languages without specifying which one has been used the most.

When contacting an employer, you must try to answer as many possible questions in your first communication with them. This means that you need to list all skill sets and how much experience you have with eah skill. Furthermore, you need to make your intentions clear. In your note, you just sent me a list of what you do without giving me an idea of what you want, where you want to go...etc. Clarity will get you results. Otherwise, it will just be another deleted note.
