   Dear Sir
I am from Nepal and studying in thailand. I have submitted application for csq in HongKong.
Could you pls. let me know how long it will take to process? Only for CSQ and after that the whole process?

   It takes on average of 12 months to obtain the Certificate of Quebec Selection (CSQ) from the Quebec Delegation in Hong Kong. Once the CSQ is received, you need to apply through the Federal processing post which handles applicants residing in your area. Depending on the post, it can take anywhere between 12-16 months for a Canadian Permanent Resident Visa to be issued.
