"Emmigration from U.S. to Canada"
 
   I would like to know what paper work I would need to fill out and how much the fees would be for a skilled worker permanent resident. My wife who is a Canadian Citizen and myself would like to move to Vancouver, BC in about 3 months. Thanks for your time.

   You would be required to complete an application for permanent resident status in the Family Class. Details of the fees and documentation are available at the preceding link.
