"common-law partner"

Hi, I'm planning to immigrate to Canada with my two dependants. Will it be possible to bring along my 4 1/2 years old daughter and my common-law partner for 6 years. My common-law partner is married and still processing his marriage annulment papers. Would appreciate your advice please. Thank you.

Yes, the current Act and Regulations allow for the inclusion of both your common-law partner and your child in the application as accompanying dependents. Documentation of 1 year of cohabitation will be required for inclusion of your partner.
