"The whole process"

I have a SO in Canada, and quite a few friends. I want to move to Toronto despratly, but as is the case in all international moves, I need the whole visa shlick.
I'm in a community college, and working at a law firm, so I have work experiance, and possability for the student visa, but I'd much rather get a working one. I've read the details, and I must admit that I'm still rather confused. What exactly do I need to do to get one?

The first step in getting an employment authorization is generally to obtain a job offer. In many cases, such an offer must be validated by a Humanr Resources Development Canada office. The combination of the details of such a job offer and of your own qualifications determines the remaining procedure.
