"age factor"
 
   I am 50 years old. I was told that even if I get>
75 points due to all other positive factors ,
normally immigration will not be granted. is it true?.
please explain about correct position.

   No, there is no maximum age in the skilled worker program. Unless an immigration specifically invokes negative discretion, an applicant who obtains 75 points or more would be entitled to success. negative discretion means that the officer would feel that the score of 75 does not reflect the actual likelihood of the applicant successfull settling in Canada.
