"Couple Sponsoring both their parents"
 
   Hi Mr. Cohen,

Is the husband and wife PR in Canada can sponsor both their parents? Maybe the wife's parents first and next time is the husband's parents?

Or is it possible to bring one parent (as Visitor/Tourist) at the time of landing of PR Immigrants? Or they should land first before they can bring one of the relatives under Visitor's Visa?

   Anyone who is a Canadian Permanent Resident is entitled to apply to sponsor their parents, provided they meet all of the conditions, including the minimum financial requirements.
