"Family Class Sponsorship"

I am a Canadian permanent resident, single, with no other relative here in Canada other than a cousin who has immigrated to the U.S. last year. Both my parents and a sibling are U.S. permanent residents residing in U.S. for 4 years now. I want to sponsor my brother in Manila who is married and has a 4 month old child. There is no other immediate family member (sibling, grandparents) in Manila other than my brother. Is he eligible for sponsorship? Can I include his wife and child in my petition for family member sponsorship?

Unfortunately, your brother is not eligible for sponsorship as he does not meet the definition of an eligible family member in the Family Class Category.
