"Birth Inquiry"
 
   I am new immigrant to Canada and I will deliver my first baby soon may be 2 months after landing in Ottawa

How long does it take to issue birth certificate and the Canadian passport for the baby since I heard it will take long time ?

Can I ask to get it urgently since I have to leave Canada for a while after delivery?

Is the baby going to be fully covered in health insurance? what about the mother is she also going to be covered after delivery since 3 months period still may be not finished .
