"Family Sponsership probelms"
 
   If i have a family member is living outside of canada willing to offer sponsorship who is still a canadian citizen, can they still help or is that not possible?

   The only time a Canadian citizen living outside of Canada can apply to sponsor a family member is when they are sponsoring their spouse or dependant children and they plan to return to Canada to live with them.
