I intend to land in Canada very soon. I have some investments in property and shares etc. I will dispose off my real estate property at a later stage when the market is good for selling and transfer the proceeds to Canada. My question is do I have to declare all such investments which will follow (later on) at the time of landing ?

At the time of landing, it is necessary to be able to demonstrate the
possession of the settlement funds stated in your application. It is not required that you declare other assets at this time.
