"about my status"
 
   dear sir/madam,

Im R.getheeswara. from
chennai..my brother has sponserd me from canada....my
sponsership is attached with my mother and my
brother who has mental disability as Dependent
Child....my age is 18 when the date of
application....we been through a innterview on last
week....the immigration officer said my mother and my
self have no problems to land in canada....my brother
is a critical case....if they rejects my brothers
visa....i want to know weather they will give visa for
me and my mother....i want to know this as soon as
possible.....mail me at gethess@yahoo.com

   When one member of a family is found to be inadmissible for any reason, the general rule is that the entire application is refused. The only exception might be if the inadmissible individual is found to no longer be a dependent. Under the circumstances described, however, it would not appear that this would be the case.
