   Hello,

We will go for landing soon,we are expecting our first child 1-2 months after landing .
We knew that public health insurance will be effective 3 months after landing
.In such a case can we get private one or should I pay full for the hospital?

   If you are relocating to a province that imposes a 90 day delay on health care, then private insurance or payment of the associated costs will be necessary for delivery in Canada. You may find that private insurers will be unwilling to provide service in the light of the late stage of your pregnancy, however.
