I'm now working in USA as foreigner (H1B). I also have
a multipe reenter Vistor Visa to Canada. Recently, I need
to go back my home country due to some emergency things.
As you know, normally if I go to visit Canada, I don't need
a USA visa to return USA within 30 days. When I go back USA
from Canada I only need to show my valid I-94 card to USA
border officer.
My question is that: Can I go back my home country like
following way? First, I enter Canada from USA using Canada
visa. Then I leave Canada to my home country. Later, I come
back Canada using canada visitor visa again. Finally, I
go back USA using my I-94 card. The total time will be within
30 days.
