   IF I apply for Immigration, does/can my Mother in Law come under the same request, or would she need to make a seperate request

   Unless significant Humanitarian & Compssionate grounds exist, a mother-in-law would not generally be eligible as an accompanying dependent. Sponsorship after your landing in Canada or a separate application would be an option, however.
