"canadian PR giving birth in US"

hi ,

I am a canadian PR and would like to give birth to my baby in US, is it possible ?

Can i get insurance in US for delivery ?
How much time do i have to spent in US for that purpose ?
Does my ontario health card will help me in US ?

Pls let me know , its important

Canadian health care may repay medical costs incurred in the USA in some cases. This may not apply to voluntary procedures incurred, which would apply to your circumstances. You should contact the provincial health care authorities in Ontario for more details.

The other issues are US immigration and subjective matters.
