"Denying receipts of my last requirement by the Embassy"

I had replied and sent the requirement of the Manila Embassy,
my copy of Certificate of No Record of Marriage issued
by the office of the National Statistics last July 20, 2001
and it is actually received on July 23, 2001 via Fedex courier.
However, they emailed to my Canadian husband last
August 10, 2001 that they haven't received my requirement.
Do you think it is better for me to fax the copies of what
I have mailed including the copy of the Way Bill of Fedex.
To prove that I already sent my requirement to them.
Please help me what else should I going to do about this?
The copy of my Certificate of No Record of Marriage appears
my Maiden Name.

Thank you very much!

It is likely that the documents were received, but not amended to the file by the time of the notice. You should fax the visa office another copy in reply to their notice, with a copy of the Fedex receipt, as you state.

Most likely, however, the documents may already have been amended to the case.
