eastfamily Charter Member 10-Jul-01, 06:14 PM (EST)   "Car Insurance"      How do we obtain car insurance when we first land? Ideally we wanted to buy a car within the first 2 weeks. However a canadian insurance company said we couldn't be insured until we have obtained our G licences. Is this the law or just certain companies policy? Any help would be appreciated.
