I am glad that we were able to assist you to your satisfaction.Your future spouse would appear to have three options in regards to her permanent resident status:
1. Apply now for sponsorship as a fiancee.
2. Apply now as a skilled worker. This makes the assumption that she is qualified. You may conduct an online assessment if you wish to receive confirmation.
3. Apply for sponsorsip as a spouse, once married. This can be done inland or abroad.
Options 1 and 2 would likely be quicker to conclude, largely because you could start earlier. If she marries while one of these applications is in process, the case must be amended at the visa office. She could seek admission to Canada on a temporary basis (inclduing employment authorization) while awaiting conclusion of such an application.
If, prior to or following the marriage, she is admitted to Canada as a visitor, you would be eligible to process an inland spousal sponsorship. This would allow her to obtain an open employment authorization following Approval in Principle. If you decide to wait until you are married, this would liklely be preferable to an application abroad.
There are numerous factors at play here, which may make the above a little confusing.
