"Canadian girlfriend"

I met and fell in love with a canadian from Qyebec whilst I was in Australia. We are now back in our home countries and want to be together.

Now the plan was i go to canada for 12 months and for her to come to England for the same time.

How am I able to get to Canada and work there for 12 months so I can be with my girlfriend. I know that she can sponsor me but then we have to get married 90 days after i arrive in Canada.

If you are seeking temporary admission which allows you to work, you would be required to obtain an employment authorization. This may require a validated job offer.

You may also want to inquire with the Canadian High Commission as to your eligibility for the Student Work Holiday Program, which is available in the UK.
