"Change status: visitor to landed immigration"

   Dear Mr. Cohen

Currently my visitor visa is expired almost a year but I never tried to regularized because last year I was stole and ... no money even to eat (and no Passport)... so I started work in construction doing different jobs, for example: Carpenter, bricklayer, drywall and now with glass (install and repair doors/windows)in Toronto.
I wish to apply to be a landed immigration and I don't know if it is possible to obtain success. I am so afraid to be deported because Canada is a dream land for me.
I have 4 years in Economics University and I need one more year to graduated. I hope one day have a opportunity to apply in one Canadian University to be graduated.
Nowadays I have working "under the table" and study at nights.
My score is 82 points to apply if I understood everything correctly and my documentation is valid.
Well, that is the one more story about a guy who want to be fell like a human, protect by law and make a lot of contribution to make Canada more better for everybody.

For now, I’m going to say good bye

Thanks

Andre Abrantes

This is a case that will rely largely on the discretion of an immigration official, as I suspect that you will have to rely on an application under Humanitarian and Compassionate grounds. You will need to demonstrate that you have been successful in establishing yourself in Canada under these circumstances, and that you are therefore likely to be a successful immigrant.

By applying, of course, you will call attention to your status. That is what makes this a particularly difficult case.
