"Can I switch jobs (different city) few months after landing?"
 
   I am considering changing jobs within Ontario few months after landing. Am I obligated to stay in the city indicated in my landing papers for a period of time before I could move? Does it matter moving to a different city within the same province vs. another province in English Canada? I am not landing or moving to Quebec.

I am not sure which forum to post this message in. Can someone help me? Thanks.

   Once landed, there is no minimum duration for which you are obliged to remain in the location of your stated destination. At such time, permanent residents are free to relocate anywhere within Canada's boundaries, including Quebec.
