   ME AND MY FIANCE ARE GETTING MARRIED ON MARCH 24 2001 IN CEBU CITY, PHILLIPINES SO IF I AM RIGHT THAN I APPLY FOR THE SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP. I HAVE RAN THROUGHT THE APPLICATION AND MEET THE FIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE. THIS I UNDERSTAND OK. WHAT I NEED TO KNOW IS THAT MY WIFE WANTS TO COME TO CANADA WHEN I RETURN JUST DOESNT WANT TO BE AWAY FROM ME.
1.IS THERE ANYWAY THAT SHE CAN DO THIS LEGALLY WHILE WAIT OUT THE PROCESS OF APPLICATION.
2. WILL SHE BE ABLE ENTER CANADA ON A VISITORS VISA
AND WILL SHE HAVE ANY TROUBLE AT THE CONSULATE
3. WE WILL BE AT THE CONSULATE TO FILE ALL NECESSARY PAPER THAT NEED TO BE DONE.
CAN ALL APPLICATIONS BE FILED AT MANILA CONSULATE INCLUDING MY SPONSORSHIP PAPERS I HEARD THAT IF ALL THE FORMS ARE PROCESS AT ONCE WILL ONLY REQUIRE ONE FEE OF $500 DOLLARS

   Your spouse can legally enter Canada with you if she is granted admission as a visitor. Her eligibility for such admission will depend on the discretion of an immigration official.

Submission of the sponsorship undertaking directly to the visa office is generally reserved for citizens residing abroad who are sponosring a spouse. Otherwise, it may be necessary to submit the case initially to a CIC within Canada for review of your eligibility as a sponsor.
