"deported immigrant & refugee claimant"

i entered Canada on 2nd of february 1999 and i declared that i want to be a refugee.i started legal process about being recognized as a Convention refugee as defined by the United Nations' 1951 Geneva .in this process period i've been in contact to senior immigration officers and i struggled to prove that i need Canada's protection & i deserve it.though i had had problems in my country as much as making me travel thousands of kilometers away my family , i could not be able to inform properly the Members of the Refugee Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) about my situation in Turkey because of not being to rich as affording a proper translator.moreover i haven't been able to prepare before the IRB hearing.i saw my lawyer just before the hearing and i had no proof except of my words because i had no chance to take an evidence from Turkey.finally the IRB have given a deport order to me and i have got back to Turkey myself.now i don't have a permission to work here by the reasons about my refugee application.my condition goes worse and worse. to conclude;i am still in a circumstance of deserving refugee rights. as i know i have a right to apply again after 90 days.but i can't reach Canada because i can not get a visa so i can't get out of Turkey.how can i use my right to apply again and can Canada government or IRB help me to reach Canada? i hope you answer my questions.thank you for your interests.

Unfortunately, our office does not have expertise in Refugee matters. It may be best to seek the consultation of your prior attorney in this matter.
