"Working in USA, leaving in Canada."

   Hello

My husband an I are very keen to live in Canada. We intend to apply for PR very soon.

Meanwhile , it seem that I can get a 3 years contract in a USA border city. It is the company I am working for now that gave me the offer. They will take care of the work permit and visa issues in USA.

Assuming we manage to get the PR. Will it be possible for us to simply move (Land ? ) into Canada and keep on working in the USA side for about 2 years . ( My husband will hopefully find a job in the Canadian side )

Thanks
Michal

Yes, it is possible to do so as long as you are able to secure admission to the USA on each occasion that you re-enter. Although the possession of the employment authorization is most important, a US immigration official's discretion will be a factor at each such entry.
