"Details Regarding the Immegration to Canada !"

Hi there !

I am from India , Married recently and would like to settle down in canada along with my husband. I have completed my Masters in Business Administration and has got an experience of 8 years as Human Resources Professioanl in IT Industry. My husband is also a softwaare professional in ohter Company. I would like to know the complete details of the immegraton process from India to Canada including the duration of the processing and the place to which we need to get applicaitons ect. If any body replies to this, It would really help me alot,

I would recommend that you start by reviewing the contents of the Canadian Immigration FAQ. This will provide you with much of the basic information that you require.

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you that I have already undergone my medical tests and am awaiting my visa for permanent residence. However I have also received acceptance for admission to the Phd program of McGill University, Quebec. In this case would I need to apply for a CAQ . The academic session starts in August 2001. Please advice whether I would need to apply for a student visa because I am not sure whether I would receive visa for Permanent rseidence before August

If you intend to study in Canada prior to the issuance of your landing documents, then you must seek a student authorization.

You may wish to note that stating an intention to study on a full time basis in Canada would be contrary to the intent of a skilled worker application, and may complicate such a case.
