"time taken after interview"

   Dear sir

I hope I am not over stepping my welcome as I am asking questions in yr forum frequently however u will appreciate the metal trauma we applicant pass during this application process because of non transparency in this process.

Sir,I hv applied for PR of canada and my interview was taken over PHONE by new delhi embassy around 3 and half months Back but till date I hv not received any reply.

1) How much time new Delhi takes to arrive at decision after TELEPHONIC interview
2) after how much time I should contact them for the application status
3) I hv not paid right of landing fee along with my application, so sending same right now will help my case or I should wait

Although we do understand that this is a process which can cause much anguish, this feature of our web site is intended to allow participation by more than our office. In the future, we will not be likely to respond to multiple inquiries from the same person if that person does not show an effort to contribute to others here.

1. You should expect a delay of 5-7 months.

2. You should refer to the Published Service Standard that is provided in the communications received from the visa office. Prior to the expiration of such, the visa office is under no obligation to respond.

3. If all other requirements have been met, then an outstanding payment can certainly delay an application.
