"Vehicle import"
 
   I own a Year 2000 model Land Rover Discovery Series II which I bought in the US. This is a British made SUV, which is widely available in the US as well as Canada. It does not have DRL (Day-time running lights). Can I import it into Canada? Do I need to have modifications made to it for the DRL before I import it to Canada? If this modification is mandatory, can I have it done after I land in Canada?
