smehtaji 11-Sep-00, 03:13 PM (GMT) "Living in Canada & working in the US" David, As a landed immigrant, can i live in Canada and work in the US ? Chances of my getting a job in the Buffalo area are good and i will not be a PE in Canada upon arrival. Is it permissible that i establish residence in Canada, work in the US on weekdays and come back to Canada each weekend. Pay my taxes in Canada and have money in Canada bank. This assumes, of course, that you have the proper admission to the USA. The effects on a citizenship application would be finally determined by a judge.
