hl 11-Sep-00, 03:13 PM (GMT) "where is the documents?" I write the "case status" inquiry mail to the Canadian embassy Beijing, but learned that they has received my medical exam result and still awaiting for the documents requested in return mail. This mail was received on Sept.3rd. But the requested documents has been sent to the embassy on Aug.23th. and received by "Chop", as the result of tracking of the courier company. dcohen 11-Sep-00, 08:55 PM (GMT) 1. "RE: where is the documents?" The only accurate means of tracking the delivery of documents is the use of a courier service or Registered Mail. It would not be uncommon for mail that had been recently received at the visa office to have not yet been entered into the file.
