"Two different applications for one family"
My question is: if my husband submits an application (where he is the main applicant) and he is refused, can I then submit an application where I am the main applicant? Can we submit the two applications at the same time?

1. "RE: Two different applications for one family"
It is not advisable to submit two separate applications for the same family, although subsequent applications with differing principal applicants are possible. It may be preferable, however, to present the qualifications of each spouse, and request consideration of the dependent in the event that the qualifications of the principal applicant are deemed insufficient.
