"PLS HEEELLLLPPPP !!!"
Attended interview recently with my wife whose application was received at the embassy 3wks before the interview. During the interview the officer told us she was yet to receive the application form of my wife and she'll get back to us when she receives it and takes a decision.

Two weeks later, my wife received a letter from the embassy, actually an AOR with a file number, meaning her application was receive already but not directed to my file as a spouse/dependant as it was shown on her application form.

We actually explained to the officer during the interview that we sent her application with the required fee and that it was received at the embassy courtesy of the information received from DHL.

Today I received another letter from the embassy saying the application of my wife was not received yet, that I should fill the inluded application form for my wife, submit required documents and send it with the appropriate fee. That if they do not hear from me within 60 days from the date of the letter (24-01-01), my application will be refused and file closed!!!

So where do I start from now what should I do! They have the application, I faxed them about it and it seem nothing is happening.

Please help with your comments and advice. Thanks.

Send copies of the application materials by fax once more being sure to clearly reference your file number, along with an indication of the dates on which the materials had previously been sent. Be sure to keep records of all transmissions and deliveries in the case that a Judicial Review becomes necessary.
