mayhaj 19-Jan-01, 11:53 PM (GMT) "What shall I do?" Dear Sir, I am Jordanian citizen resident in Qatar; I sent my application to London office in Oct. 1999. I received Acknowledgement of Receipt in December 1999. In January 2000 I received the Medical Examination forms and the interview was waived. I did the medical examination and sent the forms within a week. In February 2000 I received a new letter asking me to do the IELTS exam. I sent the results of TOFEL Since I already took it before in March 2000 and I did the IELTS and sent the results in April 2000. After that I did not receive any letter. What I know Visa issuance will take few months after the Medical exam. I tried to contact London office by sending a fax in September 2000, but I did not receive any response. Also I sent letter in November 2000 via DHL also with no response. Please advice, is it normal? What shall I do? Thanks for your help   Alert Edit | Reply | Reply With Quote | Top

If your communications were prior to this date, then the visa office is not obliged to respond to your inquiries. Once this period has expired, however, they do have such an obligation.
