tavi x 16-Jan-01, 11:03 PM (GMT) "Applying other european country" Hello Mr. Cohen I'm a Romanian citizen and I want to speed up the immigration process by applying in another country than mine (where the waiting period is something between 2 and 3 years). I don't know which of the following is my best choice: Vienna, Paris and Berlin. I travel easily and am able to go to the interview in any of these. Please give me a clue that can help me decide.
