My friend have a master's degree in Psychology with 3 years of
teaching experience in a college here.
Under what catogory in the Occupation list can she apply for a

To refrase the question since she is a teacher, to apply
under the title of a Psychologist or as a Councellor what are
the Qualification needed.

1. "RE: National Occupaton Classification"
A thorough examination of the documentation pertaining to the applicant's work experience would be required to make an accurate assessment of the NOC designation which best applies.
