"what to do after being refused"
i had applied for immigration to canada and iam on H-1 visa in states and i was being interviewed and refused.Pls suggest me what to do next.

1. "RE: what to do after being refused"
The grounds of the refusal would have to be reviewed to determine the possibility of a judicial appeal. Such an appeal must be filed within 30 days of the receipt of the formal refusal statement.
