joanna 11-Jan-01, 07:54 PM (GMT) "Processing time for spouse visa" Hello there! I'd like to know what's the "average" processing time for immigration to Quebec on a spouse visa. My husband is Canadian, residing there. I'm in Poland at the moment. I already have a couple of refusals on a visitor's visa (damn!!!!) would it influence my immigration as a wife?!
