kunjarbhaduri 09-Jan-01, 09:35 PM (GMT) "Applied for Green Card in US - can I still go for Canadian?" If I have already applied for my US Green Card through my employer, can I still apply for the Canadian Immigration process? Does it depend on what status my green card application is in? There is no bar to applying for immigration to Canada while a GC application is pending in the USA if your intention is to land as a permanent resident if issued a visa.
