I have applied for Canadian PR recently. I have recieved a letter from Buffalo NY stating that my application is recieved and a file is created.

I am trying to access my case status with reciept number. I am using the following link. I am getting the message "We were not able to identify you using the information provided"

I have tried with all the information I have. Can someone point me to the correct link where I can see my case status online.
