dear mr cohen,
I am one of the person every day I read this message board and find it is more helpful one.
In the month of jan'03 myself and my wife gave the medicals in usa.till date we didn't hear anything either from the newyork canadian consulate (which concerned to us)or from the health programs ,ottawa,canada.we wrote 2 letters to newyork office and 2 letters to ottawa office.new york office told that they are waiting for my wife's further medicals report.I didn't get any further medicals documents from ottawa office and the same was informed to newyork office.we asked the newyork office to ask the ottawa office to send further medicals of wife to us.
In one of the reply you told that the applicant has to correspond to the concerned visa office.My question is whether they close my file or send the documents.
Is it necessary for us to appoint a lawyer at this point.
