"IELTS result , pass mark"

   Dear Friends.
Hope you can help me out and ease my mind.
I just had my IELTS result, with an overall result 7. (Reading 7, Listening 7,Writting 6, Speaking 8)

Based on the Test Score Equivalency Chart and my IELTS result , I receive 14 points for language proficiency . That is, I gain a total score of 74 which is less than pass mark.
Does it mean I am not eligible to immigrate as a skilled worker?

Really appreciate your help.
Cheers
RT

If an applicant scores less than 75, the case can be refused unless an officer is satisfied that the applicant is likely to successfully settle in Canada regardless of the points obtained. Without thorough knwoledge of the case, it is difficult to otherwise speculate.
