Dear Mr. Cohen,While waiting for any signs indicating a progress of my application, I checked the status of my file on the CIC web site. There, I learned that my mailing address contains an error: the country name in the mailing address was wrong.
At this point, I addressed a letter to the consulate requesting the correction of my mailing address. After a couple of weeks, they changed my address to another one I have not requested nor indicated as the mailing address. This address is a temporary one of a place I currently live, but I will be leaving in a couple of weeks as the owner of the appartment intends to sell it.
Is it possible for the consulate to pick up and consider a mailing address other than the one I specifically requested?
Kind regards,
