"Where to submit application?"

Hi there,
It's really a great site. I've one question; I entered Canada on work visa and legally working since 2000. I want to submit my Permanent Resident Application. Being a Indian Citizen, do I have to submit my application in India or do I have a choice to submit my application at any visa post (preferably USA - but i never had USA visa before). Sir, do I have to apply for immigration to Canada at Buffalo office or in my country of citizenship? Also is there any provisions that I can submit my application within Canada?

The IRPC in Buffalo is responsible for applicants resident in Canada. You may also have the option of processing your case within Canada if you have been legally working here for 1 year or more. Finally, you do also have the option of submitting the case to New Delhi, although that is likely the least attractive option in your case.
