"Application as a skilled worker"

   Great forum!!

Here's my case: I have been an undergraduate international student for the last three years in Canada and will be graduating in 2004. Can I apply now and state my qualifications as 4-yr degree (for maximum points)?? (Although I wont graduate till next year, but it is guranteed that I will!) :) (Also, I have all the work experience etc. for my education ... the only problem is with the highest qualification)

Thanks!!

In the absence of evidence of completion of the degree, it is likely that the immigration officials will not award points for such on the Education factor.
