I desperately need your help. My boyfriend migrated to Canada ILLEGALLY several years ago from the Carribean. I am a Canadian Citizen who wants to start the sponsorship process. We married in Ontario serveral months ago and has not yet applied for our marriage certificate (3 month waiting period). I have a 6 yr old daughter who loves her step-father very deeply and his absence would cause distress not only to me, but most importantly to our daughter.

My question is this. Can I sponsor him in the Family Class Category using an Inland Sponsorship on the basis of Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds???? Will he be deported?.

Please advise as to the best way to proceed as soon as possible.
