Unfortunately your sister can not sponsor you over to Canada. Documents evidencing that you have a relative residing in Canada can only be used to obtain points under the Adaptability Category.

Kindly note that the current processing times at the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi is a minimum of 24 months. Moreover, and as you may be aware, applicants who have not received an interview waiver or attended an interview prior to March 31, 2003 will have their files re-assessed under the new (current) regulations. This has resulted in an increase in processing times at each processing post.

If you have not already been contacted, than you will be contacted shortly by the CHC regarding any additional documents that must be submitted for the re-assessment of your case.
